Discipline
Something I lack and I have a white board to keep track of it. I made two goals tonight I tackled gifs, tomorrow ill finess one and move onto video clips^^ Ill re-up my efforts in the fit blog tomorrow as well. As long as I don’t step into the rut again and keep learning I call every day a Win.

Ive gone two days w/ out working out I managed to go 8 solid days before that moot point. To be fair I was not feeling well and I will keep at it. Eventually I will see 5am^^ Maybe I’ll have something to report later this afternoon. Until then its off to the slave pit.

This would be day six of my regime^^ not doing too bad so far. Took my break Saturday a much needed one. All from home work outs so far due to transportation problems but perhaps something will come up this week to change that. No weight loss or muscle definition to report. I believe I gained a pound prolly water weight or by some genetic mutation I bulk muscle in humanly fast!
